Our Response to Covid-19

For now (updated 4th January 2022)

We are now back at work and taking bookings! In line with government guidance, events are safe to go ahead.

Our sales team are working remotely from home and are eager and excited to help with future company events you’re planning. They’d love to hear from you!

Our studio enables live (or pre-recorded) content to be streamed to your teams or guests. Complete with a multi-HD camera rig, our stage-set will allow your host to present in a professional setting with questions and answers, live polls, team break-outs, custom graphics, countdowns and media replay. The studio is built with social-distancing at the forefront of its design. Our studio is open and we’d love to discuss how we can work with you.

If you’d prefer to bring your guests together virtually, we’re able to offer fully virtual events as well as events from our studio in Chessington, for companies wanting their colleagues to stay connected, engaged and motivated in this time, from the comfort of their home. Team quizzes, virtual ‘away-days’, workshops and entertainment form part of our packages – chat to us to find out more.

For the future

We have a contact-free delivery option ready for our Entertainment Hire department without the need for Clownfish team to remain on site for events.

All equipment is rigorously cleaned, sanitised and disinfected before and after each event. Our risk assessments have been revised to enable safe working for our teams and for your colleagues. We’ve also drawn up plans to safely bring events to outdoor spaces, with socially distant interaction and engagement on a limited range of our entertainment.

We’ve learned how to become ‘Covid Safe’ and are implementing this in our work (again, subject to government guidance).

For always

We continue to regularly monitor the information and advice as it’s released and are staying up to date with the UK Government and Public Health England daily.

We’re very much looking forward to working with you again soon! In the meantime, please stay safe.

We’d love to talk (now, more than ever)
