Best Exhibitor at International Confex!

We are over the moon to have been awarded ‘Best Exhibitor’ for our stand at International Confex at the end of February!

The team worked flat out to design and deliver everything for the exhibition so we are thrilled.

International Confex is the largest gathering of event planners in the UK. Hosted at ExCeL over 7,600 visitors attend to source inspiration and knowledge while networking with event industry leaders and market leading businesses. The award is based on the stand design, stand interactivity, staff interaction with attendees, visual impact, creativity and pre-show marketing.

Thanks to Mash Media and the Confex team for this – we’re immensely excited for next year!

From the moment Clownfish announced their participation at International Confex they threw their heart and soul into it. From the slick pre show preparation videos across social media channels to the final impact of the completed stand they had considered every detail. The team on stand were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging, this combined with the range of interactive games on stand and branded giveaways generated queues of event planners and a real buzz around their stand. The finishing touch for me was the huge light up ‘We Are Clownfish’ brand that towered above their stand making them hard to miss from most aisles in the show – Well deserved.

Clownfish didn’t only exhibit at International Confex, they made it an experience. Their stand added to the atmosphere of the show, and really created a visual impact on what exhibitors can do. I loved the interactivity, the people, and the huge illuminated sign – all of which made their stand a hub for fun, and a pinnacle of great stand design. Great work guys!

This is an excellent example of what a stand should look like and feel at exhibitions. Everything about this stand screamed ‘fun’ and the sort of brand that people would want to engage with. The World Exhibition Stand Awards represent design agencies across the four continents, exhibitors in diverse event environments, internationally famous brand names to stand-ups, powerful storytelling and innovative use of technology. Clownfish peaked our interest this year at International Confex as a newcomer to the event, they represented a distinctive brand personality through their build and playfully immersive activations.
